Derek, if I were going to kill Hips, you and I both know she'd be dead right now. That's not the issue, it never was, nor is it an acceptable excuse in the slightest.
There is no excuse for her behavior.
As for looking deeper, who am I supposed to trust? Her word? His word? They've both spent months lying to everyone. Neither one of them has a shred of credibility to them as far as I'm concerned. They may be involved with Saddler, or they may not. The facts will eventually show themselves. But for right now? Give me one good reason why I should trust a single word that comes out of their mouths.
