What does he hold in the highest value?

His relationship with Claire. Outside of that, things like loyalty and integrity, since they tend to be rare in people these days. In terms of material things, his father's Philly PD badge is what he holds as his most priceless possession, and he gave that to Claire.

If they did, he sure as hell isn't aware of it. I just attribute his skills to the fact that he works out and trains 4-5 hours daily.
