Uh, sure... but all Leon has are some left over pills that he got from Luis, and several notes and stuff he stole from off that machine and aquired during the game, which, pending on how you want to play it out, may or may not have the exact name of the radiation needed to kill the paracite.
Leon's not much of a scientist, though, so he's just more or less there to drop the stuff off, and let the smart people do theur work.))
