Claire, as usual, started blushing a bit when he complimented her. Then, delicately, she put down her fork and patted her mouth with her napkin.

She came around the table and patted Leon's mouth with the napkin, and, ignoring the crowded restaurant around them, kissed him as thoroughly as she could manage.

"...and you're so very handsome. All the time," she said quietly.

Someone behind them wolf-whistled. She ignored him.
