29. What item does your character wish he possessed that he doesn't? How badly does he want it and what would he do to get it?

In terms of physical items, there's nothing he wants that he doesn't already have.

• Think back to when your character was five years old, eight years old, twelve years old. Write a holiday gift wish-list from his point of view.

Five - Probably Hot Wheels cars or Tonka trucks.

Twelve - An autographed Eagles/Sixers/Flyers jersey. Other sports gear too.

• How does your character feel about physical possessions in a general sense?

Since Leon tends to be on the move a lot, he doesn't bother to buy much since he's not going to be around often to enjoy it.

His father's Philadelphia PD badge.

To be a pimp To patch things up with his family. He does care about them, but for reasons unknown to him, his relationship has gotten strained (with his job being the main point of contention) to the point where virtually every conversation erupts into a shouting match. He never discusses it because he generally puts his own problems on the back burner, and he's a little embarrassed since he has no clue what the real problem is.

1. Live long enough to hold his grandchildren.

2. What is your character's worst fear? How far would he go to avoid it?

That the people he's close to now he'll eventually lose. To that end, outside of Claire, who can walk past every one of his defenses like they're thin air, he tends to keep people at arms length, never letting them get too close.

3. If your character could be any famous person, whom would he choose and why?

No one. He wouldn't want to be famous.

He doesn't have any.

• How does your character feel about the concept of fame and celebrity in general?

He doesn't care much for all the attention that comes with it. He finds the hype that surrounds them to be superfluous.

• Is your character more interested in entertainment figures or historically significant figures?

Neither.

4. If your character could achieve any one position of authority, what would she choose and why?

Field Leader. He oddly avoids most high positions of authority. He doesn't want to get bogged down in paperwork and politics. He'd rather be out there doing something than arguing with politicians.

5. If your character could change the entire world in one tiny but pervasive way, what would it be?

He'd save a life.

6. If your character knew he would die tomorrow, what would he do today?

Spend every last moment with Claire.

7. Who was your character's favorite teacher and why?

His father.

8. Does your character tend to focus her efforts on one project at a time, or does he spread his efforts across a variety of projects?

He tends to focus on one goal at a time, if he can.

9. Does your character like to cook? If so, what does she like to cook and how good is she at it?

Sort of. Cooking is a rather time consuming task, at least for him, since if he's going to cook, then he's going to cook; Leon doesn't do anything half-assed. Because he never has the time, and he lives alone anyway, he doesn't really bother. Which is a shame, since he's picked up a ton of good recipes in his travels over the years.

He's mastered the art of making homemade New England Clam Chowder, though. His ziti is also good. He can't bake worth a damn, though.

10. If someone tried to blackmail your character, what would he do? How easy or difficult would it be?

It would be difficult. Leon is a fairly stand-up type of guy. Outside of his involvement with the nexus, he tends not to hide anything. And if someone threatened to tell some secret of his, he'd turn himself in before betraying his loyalties.

11. If your character needed a security clearance for a job she wanted, would he be able to get one?

Yep.

12. There's someone who hates your character, but your character doesn't realize it. Who is this person and why does he hate your character so much?

No idea. generally, people who hate Leon make it known that they hate him.

• How would your character find out?

He who hated him would probably try and kill Leon.

• What would he do about it?

He'd take them down first.

13. Someone is secretly in love with your character. Who is it and how does your character feel about her?

It wouldn't matter who it was, Leon would be completely oblivious until she tried to hump his leg. Prior to that, he'd likely consider a sweet girl and good friend.

14. Is your character at all spiritual or religious? If so, what religion or spiritual path does he follow? How devout is he?

He has a sense of spirituality, in that he knows there are things greater than him, he just doesn't go out of his way to worship or define them anymore. In terms of religion, he finds it hard to reconcile the life he has and the things he's seen with most religions. He was raised Catholic, but tends not to attend Mass or goto confession anymore.

• Does he hate all members of any religion(s)?

He's tolerant, so long as their members don't try to kill him or force him (or anyone else) to convert.

15. What hurt will your character never forgive? How old (and how minor or major) is this hurt? How much does it affect her life?

The loss of Raccoon City will probably always haunt him.

16. One of your character's parents said something to her that she'll never forget. What are the words that will always echo in her ears?

"Everything will be fine... You just have to keep working at it."

17. What is your character's favorite color to wear? Is it the same as or different than her favorite color?

Royal Blue is the color he's most fond of.

18. Open up your character's kitchen cupboards. What do you see?

A lot of pasta, soup, canned foods. Things that'll keep for weeks, in case he has to pop out of town without much notice.

19. What does a typical grocery list look like for your character?

Mostly lowfat stuff. Lots of canned goods. Very little junk food, if any.
