Well, as far as Leon is concerned, he gave his word, and he'll keep it unless he finds out that Hips and/or Salazar violated it somehow by, say, hooking up, regardless of how much Claire complains about it. But if Salazar wants to go in of his own free will, Leon won't complain, at all.
